I agree he is agnostic or atheist. Usually people with an education tend in that direction. That's why the GB is bashing University. But I think he is on the right track not using Muslim in the descriptor of these terrorists. Take their thunder from them and turn them into simple criminals and not religious zealots. I think they are empowered when the west uses their chosen titles. Disconnect Allah from the actions of the terrorists and the world, that way the other "Muslims" will fall in line. So far so good. It seems he is making a point of taking the theocracy out of the language of punks. Go Jordan! -

Who writes the rules? Who says an "atheist would be a nice guy?" For people to be rude they often have other issues and its not about what their concept of God is. Its simply how they relate to people. She probably would be that rude with the bag boy at the store if he didn't measure up to her standard of bagging lettuce. And trust me, if she were a believer she would likely be strongly condemning people to hell. Its life, deal with it. -

That makes no sense to me on any level. Reason should tell you they are better off. Offer friendship and get on with your life so you can offer an alternative. Had a major blow out
by freemindfade inmy mom was emailing a group thread of rhetoric about isis and armageddon, and i finally got sick of it and said some pretty intense harsh things about ideals, and wishing for armageddon.
then it went back and forth like some debate, all the while i am holding back unloading serious ttatt on my family.
i put a whole bunch of scriptures where the wonderful yahweh committed infanticide.

I sometimes wonder if our frustration with our "in" family isn't a reaction to our own embarrassment for being so gullible as well before we awoke. I feel you. It is a structured mindset and once you crack the casing of it there is no way to contain it any more. Just remember you are the one who has abandoned the Jehovah gravy train of self righteousness. Your thinking and life does not hinge on whether they still believe the fairy tales. You are mentally free. So if you feel like telling them all to piss off no one here will condemn you for it. But just don't react as emotionally about their refusal to accept TATT as they are at your unwillingness to accept the lie once again. Breathe..... -

It was old men who were weak who submitted themselves to the younger men. The level of ignorance was deep. From old to young I think they would have reached no higher than 6th grade.
